Retail Loan Documentation & Administration Officer
An excellent opportunity has arisen within the lending division of an international commercial and retail bank. Our client is recruiting for a CeMAP qualified Loan Documentation and Administration Officer to join a high profile team.
The successful candidate will be required to carry out a range of duties including:
*Undertake initial file checks of credit proposals
*Prepare and check Security Documents and Solicitor Instructions
*Liaise with solicitors in the perfection of securities and all necessary documents or undertakings
*Maintain a high level knowledge of regulatory, credit risk and legal issues pertaining to credit facilities
To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have relevant loans experience gained from within financial services. You will need to be degree qualified and a CeMAP qualification is preferred. Mandarin language skills will be also be beneficial.
