Job Description: Work as a business partner with assigned corporate retail clients by identifying areas of improvement through business process change or system enhancement, achieving maximum returns with their retail business practice. Responsibilities: Assist with new client implementation and ongoing support Review client requirements, specifications, business processes and make recommendations related to proposed solutions Train client personnel (some travel required)
