Retail Operations Marketing Manager, East Asia recruitment
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering the Team's vision, key retail objectives and KPIs
- Further developing relationships with retail partners across the region
- Standardizing and documenting process and procedures to form part of the retail standard operating procedures manual for fast and easy deployment across multiple territories
- Working closely with Brand Marketing to ensure compliance with global brand guidelines
- Retail marketing communications and BTL activities at store level to drive foot traffic and conversion
- Working with Distributors to understand and help coordinate their marketing programs aligned with our strategy and RIM promotional calendar
- Influencing local marketing teams and maintaining strong relationships with key personnel and agencies to ensure quality, timely execution of all ATL and BTL activities
Qualifications
- Must have specific relevant experience in Retail acquisition marketing programs (8 years +) working in or for a successful retail channel for a large domestic or international brand
- Your channel experience will have been highlighted by exceptional sales performance as a direct result of your sales or marketing programs
- Experience in working in or with a 'best in class' (non-telecommunications retail) channel such as Food/Beverage, FMCG, retail or big box format would be highly regarded
- You have show a passion for retail highlighted by a background of ongoing partner performance management, process creation and improvement within the retail channels that you have worked
- Achievement-orientated - works to and can deliver against timelines
