We are looking for Retail PetsHotel Customer Service Associates to provide an exceptional hotel experience including customer service and care to all our furry friends and their parents.
In our PetsHotel you will help ensure that all pet parents and guests have a pleasant experience by providing a safe, comfortable and fun environment. In this hands-on position you will be responsible for completing the daily tasks for all the pets in our care. We’re currently seeking candidates who enjoy working in a team environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones, making reservations on the computer and completing paperwork for each guest
- Suggesting additional services to pet parents
- Properly process guest transactions
- Maintaining a clean and inviting lobby environment
- Providing solutions to our pet parents by answering questions about our services
You will also be trained in other departments positions within the PetSmart store, and will be asked to work in other areas as needed.
Candidates must be flexible in working a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
