Massage Retreat Spa has an opening for a full time recruiter. This is a ground floor opportunity for a key recruiter/HR professional for this growing company. The qualified individual will have direct recruitment experience within a retail environment. Key employees needed will be massage therapists, estheticians, store managers and front desk personnel. We are looking for an energetic, creative individual who is organized and will provide direction and vision for the position. We have an aggressive expansion plan and as a key member of the team, there is an opportunity to participate in our growth. Some of the duties include:
Marketing Recruitment (Massage, Skin Therapy, Sales/Service, Management, others)
Ad creative
Bi-weekly ad Placement
Staff referrals
Massage and Skin Therapy Schools
Other
Phone Screening/Interview
Review of resumes
Strong Phone interviewer
Email communication
Daily Call backs
Organization – electronic and filing
Scheduling
Timely set-up of practical’s
Communication with Spa Directors and Spa Leads
Follow-up
Reporting
Weekly tab
Meeting with lead staff and Spa Director
Documentation
Organization of candidates, communication
Goals # of applications, # of practical’s, # of hires
Paperwork (new hires, other)
Background Check/HR/Organization
Must be self motivated and self managed
Ability to work without supervision
Great energy
Ability to sell Massage and Skin Therapists to work for MRS
