Retail Recruiter – Top Tier Global Retail Bank recruitment

Our client is a top tier global retail bank with an expanding business in the region and ambitious growth plans for the near future. In view of this, the need has arisen for a high-calibre recruiter to join their regional HR team in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for all recruitment needs in Hong Kong for their Retail business. Specifically, you will take on a statregic and operation recruitment role, as you will be involved in end-to-end recruitment for branch staff, yet you will also work closely with the business and the HR Business Partners to support the talent acquisition process. You will also develop partnerships with recruitment and search firms, build the talent pipelines through marketing and creative advertising, conduct interviews, and be involved in making recommendations and managing the overall selection process.

To be eligible for this role, you must have at least 4 years experience in retail banking companies. You must have a 'hands-on' and results orientated approach as well as excellent interpersonal, presentation and multi-tasking skills. In additional to this you must have a high level of initiative and the ability to think strategically. Fluency in English and Cantonese are essential, with Mandarin being a definite plus.
