JOB SUMMARY

 

 

Responsible for leading the VOSS Water strategic market development planning process and optimizing VOSS Brand development over time. Effectively manage Distributors and the Retail Trade.  Working with VOSS management team and regional strategy team for overall direction, plan development and execution focused on the continued sales development of our Brand.  Develop and manage sustainable growth opportunities such as route to market development, package distribution, pricing and channel strategies. Develop and implement the most effective business strategies in the RTM network and key retail headquarters.

 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1.     Develop and manage key VOSS business strategies important to sustaining and growing volume.

2.     Effectively Manage and call on Distributors/Brokers and the Retail Trade.

3.     Analyze business trends both internal and external and identify action plans where required.

4.     Develop and establish strategies to meet and surpass set financial goals.

5.     Continually evaluate the timely adjustment of strategy and plans to meet changing and challenging market and competitive conditions.

6.     Establish and maintain key customer internal and external relationships

7.     Develop Presentations and Present to Key Retailers effectively.

8.     Identify allied partnerships in support of portfolio development.

9.     Perform other similar or related duties as requested or assigned.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION

 

·         A Bachelors degree in a related field

·         Related industry experience and demonstrated successful performance in a beverage management position

·         5-10 years of progressive beverage sales or operations experience – preferably in distribution related business

·         Strong analytical skills.

·         Strong commercial skills.

·         Project management skills.

 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

 

·         Word, Excel and Power Point skills.

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills and good organizational and presentation skills.
