Our core business is supplying plumbing and bathroom products and services to plumbers and retail customers.
We now have an opportunity for a Retail Sales Consultant at our Cessnock branch.
You'll work with our customers, build a strong rapport to encourage repeat business, and follow up customer orders and enquiries.
Role requirements:
- Customer Service (this includes maintaining a friendly, tidy and professional appearance)
- Sales (including over the counter sales, customer development and quotes)
- Stock Management
- General computer skills
- Maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles
- Embracing the Reece values, policies and procedures
- Being a supportive team member
Applicants must have a current driver’s licence and be committed to learning and professional development. While selling ability is preferred, prior knowledge of bathroom products isn't necessary, as you'll receive full and extensive training and you'll also be given the opportunity to move forward along the Reece Career Pipeline.
