A little about the role:
Reporting to the Store Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day retail operations of the one of Savers leading stores. Duties will include engaging and managing the team, ensuring that company standards are maintained, guaranteeing a positive experience for customers and managing the performance of the store.
In addition, you will be required to:
- Cultivate your own team of direct reports and implement staff development plans.
- Create and maintain a professional workplace founded on the company values.
- Communicate the Store Operating Plans to staff and ensure that sales targets and goals are achieved.
- Utilise key report data and feedback to develop innovative sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to identify and develop revenue generating opportunities to increase sales.

This role requires an experienced manager to uphold the values of the organisation, to motivate the team to achieve their targets and to drive growth and be responsible for the success of the store. To be successful you will require:
- 2 Years big box retail experience with 10 or more staff
- Strong customer service background in a sales target driven environment
- A proven track record of labour management
- Experience in recruiting, training and development
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
