Headway Workforce Solutions, in partnership with Me-Ality, has an exciting opening for a Kiosk Manager that will be a part in revolutionizing the way people purchase clothes. S/he is responsible for the professional presentation of the Body Scanning Booth and overall performance of the Customer Service Associates. Job Description
· Act as a “Brand Ambassador” at all times, to reflect the quality of the brand we are building
· Meet retail Body scan goals and objectives in terms of attracting customers, increasing number of scans per day, number of reports and customer satisfaction
· Monitor and prioritize scheduling of Customer Service Associates, ensuring accurate coverage during mall hours
· Ensure that Customer Associates adhere to high standards for customer satisfaction
· Motivate and inspires team to successfully meet objectives set for scanner
· Communicate goals, company policies, procedures, expectations and other items to the team and ensures execution of the defined goals
· Act as liaison between Customer Service Associates and Area Manager/Regional Manager, suggesting opportunities for improvement and providing qualitative feedback to corporate
Job Requirements
· Ability to engage with consumers regarding fashion and apparel
· High school diploma required
· 2-3 years experience in a retail sales environment and 1-2 years experience in a similar supervisory/managerial role
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Outstanding listening, questioning, and persuading skills
· Experience organizing and managing staffing schedules
