Retail Sales Support (Employee Fixed Term) recruitment

Duties:
- Assist in the production and delivery of Powerpoint presentations for clients briefings / seminars
- Analyse reports and sales data and be able to highlight potential issues / problems
- Conduct research and suggest solutions for issues / problems
- Proof read sales and marketing materials thoroughly
- Response to clients questions and queries in timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the Marketing Team in organizing clients' luncheon / roadshows / other sales activities
- Communicate effectively within the team to ensure business continuity

- Language proficiency
a. Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin would be a plus)
b. Excellent in written English and Chinese
- Computer proficiency
a. Chinese character input;
b. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
c. Bloomberg terminal experience preferable
- 2-3 years experience in financial markets / products is a must
It is a 3 months contract role possibility for extension
