Job Description
Wireless Consultant for Alltel Wireless Authorized Agent
Job Purpose
Serves customers by helping them purchase wireless products and accessories.
Duties
- Sell new wireless products and services
- Assist new and existing customers with the purchase of wireless equipment
- Present products to prospective customers by demonstrating features and functionality
- Generate new sales opportunities by offering additional products or services
- Implement the new services for the customer by following company policies and procedures
- Participate in promotional activities when needed
- Respond to customer inquiries or needs such as explanation of equipment operation, and the execution of warranty claims
- Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records
- Process bill payments and prepay transactions for customers
- Process payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
- Keep clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
