Established in 1899, our client is one of the UK's leading musical instrument retailers. They sell all things musical, to all types of musicians, from traditional instruments and accessories, to the latest technical equipment. They are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and proactive Retail Store Manager to join their flagship Manchester store.

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the retail store operations in order to increase sales volume, profitability and customer satisfaction whilst maintaining staff performance and morale.
Your duties will include:
- Driving sales and inspiring customers
- Actively promoting key product initiatives and implementing marketing campaigns
- Maintaining knowledge of all product key features and benefits
- Developing and motivating staff and undertaking employee reviews
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Retail management experience
- A penchant for driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service
You will have inspiring leadership skills with a confident, proactive and outgoing approach. Furthermore, as a Retail Store Manager, you must have strong commercial acumen and be able to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for music and, preferably, be a musician. Any experience gained within the music industry would also be an advantage.
