As a Store Manager with Orange Retail you are not only working in a friendly targeted environment, you are the heart of the store, ensuring that your staff are maximising sales and achieving targets, you get the opportunity to use your own initiative to achieve your own goals. As the Manager you will set the standards for the store and help your staff to deliver excellent customer service whilst helping them to develop their own careers in retail. In addition to the normal day to day duties like stock management, staff appraisals and key performance indicators to meet, you'll also get to put into practice your own creative ideas in order to come up with new ways of being pro-active and bringing extra revenue into the shop.
