Retail Store Manager Job in Poway 92064, California US

Retail Store Manager position for a small store located in office building.  Candidate must have an understanding and knowledge of law enforcement equipment, logo merchandise, and retail experience a must.  Position will include sales, ordering, shipping, receiving, stocking, merchandising, pricing, advertising, inventory reporting, month end reports and be a great problem solver.  Ability to promote good public relations in the store and at off site local trade shows.  Must have knowledge of point of sale retail management system.  Flexibility is a must.  This position will be required to work some Saturday hours and extended store hours.  Strong people skills are required and an upbeat positive attitude.  Must be proficient in the following computer applications; Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Point of Sale.  Store Manager will deal with law enforcement personnel, current vendors and salesmen.  Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, sick pay, vacation, and paid holidays.
