Store Sales Manager operates specialty retail store within the company’s guidelines and policies. The store sales manager is responsible for:
- Improving store volume and profit
- Meeting and exceeding budgets established by the corporate office
- Maintaining gross margins as defined by the corporate office
- Keeping expenses to a minimum
- Acquiring and maintaining outside sales
- In-store merchandising according to corporate direction
- Excellent customer service
- Supervision of small staff (Typically 2-5 associates)
Requirements:
¨ Minimum of 2 years retail management experience
We Offer Store Managers:
¨ Base salary plus bonus opportunity
¨ 40-hour work week (typically)
