Retention Advisor Job in Oxfordshire, Home Counties UK

Job Description :

The purpose of the role is to maximise client retention by encouraging customers to renew their PMI policy by overcoming objections, re-selling, matching customer needs and using appropriate offers to secure renewal. Whilst being able to determine the customer needs to sell other products. There is a mixture of Inbound and Outbound calls but there will be no cold calling. Targets are set on an annual and monthly basis and each agent is expected to achieve and exceed these targets. Monthly performance related pay

Skills :

The successful candidate will deal with both inbound and outbound calls with the sole purpose to retain customers so a good telephone manner is essential

Good IT skills are required to use various systems at the same time.

Previous administration experience essential

Preferably with a sales background within Financial Services, but all sales experience considered.

Drive to achieve targets and able to demonstrate experience of previously having worked to targets

Ability to apply knowledge

A good communicator

Hours:

37.5 hour week, shift work 8am- 8pm Mon- Fri and 9-5pm Saturday day off during the week and working 1 Saturday in 3.

Other info:

£1 per hour retention bonus- is an attendance bonus for completing hours in the month as well as taking into consideration time keeping and behaviours.

e.g. Agent A works 160 hours in August they will get a £1 bonus for each of those hours, this is paid monthly, one month in arrears.

On top of this is a performance bonus based on retention targets and the number of customers 'saved'. This could equate to £150/ 200 per month+ for a successful agent. This is paid monthly, 3 months in arears. Please note that this element is entirely performance based and failure to meet the targets will result in zero payment on this element.
