Retention Manager

Our Client, a leading media company, currently requires experienced Retention Consultants to join their team.  The main focus of the retention consultant’s job will be to reduce customer churn.  You will be located in vibrant offices in Hook, however UK travel will be required.

Due to ongoing rapid development, our client currently has two vacancies:

Reactive Churn Consultant:  The aim will be to look at commercial efficiencies and drive them forward across two key churn areas.   Key areas of focus will be looking at the tool kits in place, agent commission schemes, retention offers and supporting a strategy to handle bluffers.

Proactive Churn Consultant:  The aim will be use insight to explore key trends and trigger points where churn occurs.  This will involve developing test and learn activities to assess potential benefits and leading them through to implementation.

The successful applicants will have previously specialised in retentions and churn management in a B2C environment.  You must have a background in high volume customer relationship management ideally from a utilities or telecom’s background.  You must also have a strong operational knowledge of call centres.
