RETENTION PROMOTIONS SPECIALIST, GIBRALTAR

·         This role is responsible for the business retention with the aim of retaining, increasing and maintaining the number of active players.

·         You will be responsible for collecting and generating new ideas and introducing enhancements to the existing Promotional offers, analysing and implementing strategies to the Retention process using competitor analysis.

·         Liaise with Team specialists to plan and execute targeted promotions to different segments from the design, testing promotion mechanics systems related to each Brand (Online, offline, Mass Market and VIP) aimed at increasing the lifetime value of players.

·         Plan, organize and follow schedules effectively to present to the company.

·         Co-ordination and communication of all activity with internal departments (including design, member services Content producers)

·         Retrieval and analysis of relevant information using the relevant admin tools and create weekly reports including Bonus Cost and Take-Up report.

·         Initiating analytical activities to further develop existing campaigns.

·         Support Coordinator activities to deliver ongoing Retention requirements including creating promotions, email, bonuses etc when necessary.

·         Co-ordination of mailing and contact lists, checking the accuracy of the data and the segmentation of lists
