This progressive business has identified the need to strengthen its Marketing Analytics capability through the attraction of a Retention Specialist who will work as part of a specialist team focused on assisting planning process associated with a significant retention budget to drive commercial benefit. The role:
- Contribute to the planning process associated with a significant retention budget and ensure efficiency and value is driven through the organisation through the allocation of the budget;
- Undertake scenario planning and investment appraisals as well as build business cases to support the planning process. Liaise with key stakeholders across the business;
- Deliver scenario planning and modelling as well as reporting around operational performance. Develop and set up a suite of dashboards to ensure the optimal performance measurements are in place;
- Partner effectively with various channel teams to ensure the budget is optimised once delivered.
Candidate requirements
- Finance background with an accountancy qualification such as CIMA. Experienced in working in fast paced, demanding organisations with complex requirements;
- Highly analytical with a track record of delivering accurate reporting. He/she will be experienced in scenario planning and modelling;
- Commercially astute with an analytical mind and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely;
- Robust, direct and pragmatic with a solutions orientated approach. This individual will also be ambitious, passionate and driven.
