Retentions Advisor Job in Stockport Town Centre, North West UK
Retentions Role for a Times TOP100 Companies to Work For organisation based in Grand Central, Stockport.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To manage own caseload of clients with the following purpose;
To maximise payments received
Achieve call volume and quality targets as set out by Team Manager.
Overcome objections or take ownership of queries that the customer may have to ensure the customers remain on their debt solutions plan.
Conduct full financial reviews where required, assess any changes to clients’ financial circumstances and advise on the best course of action
When required set suitable payment arrangements with clients
Manage client retention through efficient and consistent service
Cross sell other finance products
Work towards company goals by achieving individual and department targets
Deal with client enquiries within an agreed timescale
To undertake new responsibilities as and when the business requires;
Candidate Requirements:
You will have experience working in a similar Retentions or Cash Collections role.
Proven experience working to targets and deadlines
Excellent telephone skills in over coming objections and gaining commitment
Strong understanding of our customers and empathy with their current financial circumstances.?
Ability to work under own initiative whilst under pressure
Excellent computer literacy and keyboard skills
Excellent time management skills
Reporting to:
Manager of Payments Department
Working hours
37.5 hours per week
7.5 hours per day.
Shift work from 9am-8pm Monday to Thursday and 9am – 5pm Friday.
Probation period
3 months Probation
