Leading Australian Company, that values energy, relationships and its people, requires a dedicated retentions consultant to join their team based in Sydney CBD
In this role you will be responsible for generating new sales, managing customer relationships and maintaining existing customer business. There is a strong focus on wining back lost business and enhancing existing business. You will also be responsible for up sell and cross sell as well as referring more complex or new products to your clients.

Previous, proven experience with retentions is essential for the role. It is also imperative that you have experience in working towards sales targets in a fast paced environment . You must be extremely motivated, team focused, have an optimistic approach and a passion for sales.
