Retirement Village Manager Victoria Grove Estate, established 18 years ago, is one of South Australia's finest retirement villages with 142 independent living units, located at Greenhill Road Glenside. Due to the retirement of our village manager, applications are now invited from experienced or aspiring candidates with excellent communications, written and people skills, sound financial budgeting experience, and an empathy with and an understanding of the needs of older people. Resident satisfaction underlies the quality of our management system. Among other things, the village manager is responsible for the coordination of property maintenance, supervision of a small team of care attendants and maintenance staff, management of external contractors and assistance with unit sales. Nursing qualifications are `not' required but a sound knowledge of hospitality and/or hotel management, and a strong understanding of property management principals and good computer skills will strengthen your application.
