Revenue Accountant Job in Palo Alto 94304, California US
- Perform month-end close duties such as JE entries and consolidations
- Perform general ledger account and bank reconciliations
- Review and approve work of others
- Prepare various financial schedules and reports after month-end close
- Assist with SOX testing and review
- Prepare annual tax package schedules
- Work with team in different aspects of Cash Flow preparation, including budget and forecast
- Complete special projects and analyses as directed by management.
Required Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
· Prior experience in preparing cash flow statements
· Able to “hit the ground running”
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Solid analytical and organizational skills
· Detail oriented and customer focused
· Good initiative, with the ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet required deadlines
· Strong PC skills and solid MS Office skills
