Revenue Analyst
My client, a leading investment management institution in the City, is looking to recruit a junior Revenue Analyst to support the Finance team in the management of fees control and reporting on a 6 month contract basis.
Key responsibilities:
1) Revenue Accounting
• Collating NAV reports from Custodians
• Dealing with client ICO related queries
• Invoicing Monthly and Quarterly on AR and AP
• Maintenance of the Revenue databases ensuring the integrity of the output at all times.
• Production of monthly revenue accruals and reversals
• Bank Clearing
• Month end Reconciliations – AR to GL, Balance sheet and maintenance of revenue supporting documentation mapping folder
• Ad Hoc queries as and when requested by the business
• All of the above tasks are completed within the set deadlines and structures of the Revenue model and process.
2) Fees Control
• Central Finance Fee calc. revenue validation and variance analysis
• Maintenance and fee validation of AUM control file
• Performance fee rebate, management, Retrocessions and Distribution Fee calculations
• Assist in the process of client on boarding
You will ideally be studying towards a full formal accountancy qualification and have up to 2 years’ experience in a similar role within an asset management or financial services organisation.
The successful candidate must have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, Advanced Excel up to VBA level, Oracle and be adept at handling large volumes of data.
