Revenue Analyst recruitment

The role will also encompass management and financial accounting and reporting within London Finance, including identification of risks or areas that need improvement and recommendations and implementation of improvements.

Principle Accountabilities

The percentage relates to the approximate amount of time that should be dedicated to the activity.

1. Operational responsibilities – revenue and credit control (40%)

• Verify, calculate and produce all fee invoices for the three UK entities

• Resolve any queries relating to client or inter-company disputes

• Maintenance of appropriate records and approval records in line with audit standards

• Enter all invoices issued into Oracle (the financial general ledger system)

• Calculate monthly estimates of revenue and post accrual entries

• Monitor cash receipts relating to the fee invoices issued and post into Oracle

• Production of a monthly aged debt report, and escalation of any bad debts

• Analyse and test systems used to capture fees to prove accuracy and completeness.

2. Management Reporting (35%)

• Assist with the preparation of the monthly reporting pack for the UK entities

• Develop and produce monthly dashboard reporting for specific business areas

• Produce regular and ad-hoc AuM and revenue reports for Paris Finance team

• Assist in the Reforecast / Budget process relating to revenue

• Perform full analysis of all fees (management fees, transaction fees, performance fees, etc) including reporting the main sources of fees and types of fees, rebates and transfer pricing.

3. Financial Reporting and Control (25%)

• Assist in checking of TB’s for the month end close

• Prepare intercompany schedules and resolve differences

• Develop and produce reporting to support banking returns

• Prepare weekly cash report for all entities

• Identify areas of control weakness, with corresponding recommendation for improvement.
