But keeping a close eye on our systems and checking bills before they’re sent, you’ll make sure those glitches are few and far between – driving accuracy and ensuring complete revenue assurance.

In this key role heading up a team, you’ll focus on the accuracy and performance of our billing system. It’s about making sure we’re generating the right level of revenue from billing in line with objectives. So monitoring system accuracy and verifying bills before they are sent, you’ll spot inaccuracies in figures and work with the technical team to remedy the situation – ensuring that customers are charged at the correct rate. As a subject matter expert, we’ll also look to you to give advice on business projects and initiatives that could impact charging and billing. And by collating your wide-ranging insight into reports to feed back to the wider business, your influence will play a vital role in shaping a more accurate billing system going forward.

Coming from another commercial environment, whether in telecoms or something similar, you’ll have sound experience in all areas of revenue assurance. So you’ll certainly have a solid understanding of the technical infrastructure within a company like Three, and you’ll have no problem troubleshooting issues across billing, network, mediation and provisioning. A natural leader, you’ll set direction and effectively organise, motivate and lead a team. And ideally, you’ll have some previous experience of Revenue Assurance tools. But what’s more important is that you’re numerate, analytical and motivated to hit challenging KPIs.
