Job Description:
Soarian Financials is looking for an experienced Product Analyst. The role of product Analyst is to drive solution requirements from high level market solution needs through detailed requirements analysis. This includes:
• Interaction with customers, Product Management and other stake-holders in the elicitation and validation of requirements

• Working in close collaboration within RD development organization in the decomposition of features to detailed requirements to enable development of software solutions

• Developing system and testing documentation as required for verifying, validating and implementing the solution

This position requires healthcare industry knowledge with extensive knowledge of the revenue Cycle including:
• Patient Access
• Insurance and patient billing
• Collections workflows
• reimbursement
• Remittance processing and cash posting

The following attributes are also highly desired for this position:
• Previous experience as an Analyst working in an IT or business office environment.
• Previous experience in a leadership role in a business office environment
• Leadership skills that will drive complex issues with confidence
• Proven business acumen
• Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
