Revenue Management Coordinator Job in Atlanta 30305, Georgia US
Responsibilities include:
· Engagement and Project initiation in Changepoint which includes managing bill rates and cost rates, revenue recognition parameters, resource staffing, and contract review
· Facilitate client Invoicing processing with field consultants
· Perform routine data audits with Changepoint – weekly, monthly
· Facilitate contractor on-boarding, project staffing, and off-boarding
· Provide day-to-day application support to all Changepoint users
· Deliver recurrent training to field consultants on the CP application and internal processes
· Project participation in system upgrades and functionality improvements including testing, documentation, and training
Qualifications include:
· 3-5 years’ experience, preferably in a consulting firm
· Strong Customer Service experience
· Very strong attention to detail required
· Strong Contract review skills – ability to read and understand contract terms and conditions for audit purposes
· Strong ability to assist in problem resolution for field consultants
· Strong ability to quickly learn system tools to manage business functions
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Strong ability to work independently with little supervision, utilizing strong organization skills, prioritizing workload with changing priorities
· Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word
· Bachelors Degree from an accredited college/university
Preferred skills:
· Previous experience in an operation support environment of a consulting/advisory or Big4 firm
· Previous experience in a customer care role
· Experience with ChangePoint PSA or similar application
· Experience with one or reporting tools
