Specialty analyst is responsible for optimizing profit of our specialty fleet. Duties include demand forecasting, revenue planning, fleet planning and allocation, setting rates and availability, training, support and use of new specialty inventory system. The analyst is a part of a team designed to start and develop the high end vehicle market at ABG. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - See disclaimer below for further information. The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Planning and Analysis of specialty fleet demand and rates. Development of detailed revenue plan by car group and area. Provide recommendation for Fleet plan in including types of vehicles and quantity. Cost base pricing, setting rates and availability. Optimizing profit based upon utilization and rate. Training, use and support of new inventory tool. Successful candidate will possess the following Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of the financial and economic calculations, reporting, and valuation methodologies. Working understanding of computer application tools to perform financial calculations. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and analytical skills with experience in forecasting, pricing and/or revenue management. Knowledge of query tools, exposed to forecasting tools, excel, pivot tables, and power point. Knowledge of specialty vehicle types and high end cars preferred. Masters Degree preferred.
