Strategic Storage Holdings, LLC., a Real Estate Investment company, has an opening for a Revenue Manager in our South Orange County office.
SUMMARY:
The Revenue Manager is responsible for rental rate and revenue analysis to support pricing strategies, price execution policies and overall optimization of occupancy and top line revenue growth. The Revenue Manager will provide ongoing rental rate analytics and make daily adjustments to rental rates and discounts, in order to maximize rental activity and drive occupancy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Reviews pricing (in place rents) daily and makes adjustments accordingly
· Reviews revenue daily to identify opportunity
· Conducts financial analysis on profit enhancing opportunities and strategies, then implements changes to our internal pricing model
· Performs competitive analysis on rates by market and makes adjustments to current rates accordingly
· Analyzes rates and revenue for the annual budget process
· Develops and performs rental rate trend analysis for specific times of the year
· Briefs executive management team on related strategic pricing / revenue opportunities
· Performs special projects as assigned by executive management
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 2+ years of professional experience to include accounting, forecasting or pricing experience
· BS in Finance or related, CPA or MBA preferred
· Strong MS Excel to include pivot tables and macros, Outlook, Word and Power Point
· Knowledge of statistical modeling and pricing tools preferred
· Ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints
