The Revenue Operations Analyst will be a key contributor to the Operations department at interclick and will report to the Business Operations Manager.  Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following areas:
 
Sales Revenue Analysis
·         Align monthly revenue to sales pipeline to reconcile invoices to campaign delivery
·         Provide weekly status reports for use in revenue management, forecasting as well as process efficiency
·         Sales Goal Analysis
·         Daily Sales #s and Pipeline
·         Salesforce.com Dashboard management
·         Will help manage projects for improvement in scope areas
·         Documentation and management of processes followed

While the role isn’t all technical all the time, this person needs to have a deep technical aptitude and a solid understanding of the digital advertising industry.
·         Must have experience working with sales and sales commissions
·         Must have CRM, especially salesforce.com, experience
·         Needs advanced excel capabilities and other office based management tools
·         Must have an experience working with accounting, billing and or collections departments
·         Excellent with time management and organization

The operations team at interclick touches many areas of the business so it will be important for this person to enjoy a fast pace and who can work cross functionally.  Along with financial expertise, this individual needs to have a leadership drive.
·         Will be expected to identify improvement opportunities and to help management make it happen
·         Embraces change and have the ability to identify when a process should be altered for efficiency
·         Must be a problem solver and self-starter
·         Attention to detail and ability to follow intricate processes will be key to success in this role
·         Must be able to communicate professionally and be comfortable with persistent follow up with internal and external contacts
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills should be inherent as this person will be in contact with many individuals at all levels in the business
