Revenue Analyst
Description:
This highly motivated and experienced business-minded professional will work directly with the Corporate Controller and is responsible for the company’s incentive revenues. They will compile, reconcile and analyze incentive revenue and assure accurate reporting between our members and vendors. They will also prepare and assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and claims for reimbursement according to our contractual agreements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations using database and spreadsheet programs
- Create, reconcile and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive reports and ensure financial information has been invoiced accurately
- Identify trends and development in competitive environments and present findings to senior management.
- Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
- Display professional conduct while showing confidence and ease in the presence of colleagues and Member company representatives
- Provide exceptional service and responsiveness to Member and Vendors
- Ensure all information presented to colleagues, senior management, and Member companies is timely, deadlines are consistently met and information is clear and accurate
- Perform all duties and decision-making responsibilities with a high level of integrity and ultimate professionalism
- Other related duties as reasonably requested by the company
Position Requirements:
Formal Education Certifications
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred
- Advanced knowledge MS Access and Excel
Knowledge Experience
- Superior knowledge of accounting practices
- Exceptional presentation, phone and interpersonal communication skills
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks is essential
- Ability to identify business/process improvements and make recommendations
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
- Must have the ability to be thorough, accurate and take initiative
- Ability to independently plan, organize, prioritize, schedule, coordinate and make decisions related to assigned tasks in order to fulfill the responsibilities of the position
- Demonstrated ability to apply common sense judgment and reasoning skills with superior analytical abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel (intermediate level of expertise working with pivot tables, v-lookup, and macros strongly desired)
