Job description
You will be responsible for supporting our Reverse Logistics Supply Chain, focusing on Supplier Management, Partner Management, Repair Operations, Compliance and Recycling.
You will:
- Establish productive working relationship with suppliers within the Reverse Supply Chain
- Manage the Returns, Screening/testing and Repair processes
- Assure Supplier Performance managing Metric and Financial Performance
- Manage NPI process and manage or oversee all required purchasing activities
- Drive all process improvement and cost reduction activities within the supply chain
- Forecast all Supplier Receiving and Repair activities
- Manage Backend processes with Partners
- Manage Takeback, WEEE and Compliance programs and activities
- Support Engineering needs when required
- Build team to match growth within the European Market
Who we are looking for
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10+ years experience in supplier management
- Forecasting and Business Modeling
- Solid repair and reverse logistics business understanding
- Capability in statistical performance analysis
- Purchasing and Inventory Management Skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong collaboration, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Relationship-building and decision-making skills
