Reward Manager Job in Maidstone ME156LD, Southern UK
Our client seeks an experienced and confident Reward and Benefits Manager to join the Human Resources Team to assist the Group Head of Reward Benefits in the implementation of the Businesses Reward Strategy and to manage specific Reward Projects and oversee the Company benefits programme.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate within a dynamic and innovative company located on the outskirts of Maidstone who are undergoing an exciting period of growth.
The successful candidate will be located at the Maidstone office however will be expected to travel to other UK sites on a monthly basis.
Job Responsibilities:
As their Reward Manager you will:
? Assist the Group Head of Reward with the Grading and Strategic Reward Review.
? Project Manage the Benefits (including Flex) Review.
? Assist with the legislative pension auto-enrolment requirements and implementation.
? Manage the annual pay review and bonus process for the Group.
? Advise HR and the business on Reward related matters.
? Undertake complex analysis as and when required, drawing conclusions and making recommendations where necessary.
? Undertake market benchmarking analysis.
? Keep abreast of market movements/trends, legislative changes in relation to reward and pensions, and continually assess current practices and processes to ensure we are aligned and competitive.
? Keep up to date with employment legislation and HR best practice.
? Able to undertake UK wide travel.
? Undertake any other task as may reasonably be required by the Company.
Preferred Skills:
? Chartered (CIPD) member status with significant specialist reward experience.
? Knowledge of TUPE and experience in transfers and acquisitions
? Experience in providing reward expertise in a matrix or complex environment
? In depth knowledge of reward specialism and proven experience of implementing it practically
? Experience of writing policies, processes and procedures
? High level of analytical and problem solving skills
? Advanced Excel skills
? Confident in all Microsoft packages
? Proven presentation skills
? Able to demonstrate awareness of own personal strengths and areas of development, understands impact of these on others, and takes action to modify own behaviour accordingly
? Produces written communications to managers which are clear, fluent, concise and jargon-free and are readily understood by recipient
? Ability to make sound, balanced reward decisions whilst implementing these in a business focused manner
? Expert knowledge of the reward discipline
