Rewards Communications Manager for FTSE 100 business

There is a new opportunity with a FTSE listed energy business within its Communications Function as a Rewards Communications Manager. Sat within the HR Communications, this role will work to enhance the reputation of the business by putting forward a clear, concise set of messages and work closely with the leadership team to build employee awareness and commitment to the business agenda whilst enhancing and portraying the spirit of community throughout the organisation.

The Rewards Communication Manager will hold a role that encompasses a variety of responsibilities. You will support the planning and delivery of reward communications throughout the group on a global scale, to build understanding of reward, looking at areas such as performance management and will manage the reward and performance projects ran throughout various business units. Working with business leaders, you will manage the project plans and drive their delivery, and will act in a consultative manner to track issues, highlight potential risks, and measure its effectiveness and to recommend solutions where necessary.

Working with a range of content owners and technical/field experts, you will create effective employee communication materials that are on-brand and align with content management processes, and collaborate with colleagues throughout the group to ensure that messages are coordinated and consistent in approach.

The function works diligently to deliver key change messages into the business, and as such to be the successful candidate in this role, experience in project management of a company-wide communications implementation project is imperative due to the scope and complexity of the business. You will have outstanding project management skills, demonstrable experience of delivering change communications and stakeholder management across senior levels and be able to deliver evidence of having an engaging writing style and the ability to market messages to a globally diverse audience.
Experience managing external vendors such as creative agencies, a background in reward or HR communications and experience managing online communication channels in a global organisation will also put you at a distinct advantage for this role.
