Rewards & Payroll Specialist
Rewards Payroll Specialist job in Weybridge area for a leading global company.
This position reports into the Senior HR Business partner and consists of supporting the UK, Ireland, EMEA and Russia payroll function, day-to-day responsibilities include:
- End-to-end Sole charge payroll.
- Manage develop Benefits and compensation schemes
- Monthly Reporting
- Auto enrolment and RTI's
- P11D's, P45’s, P60’s
- Managing the car fleet (around 30 cars)
To succeed in this role you must have proven experience within end-to-end Payroll management and rewards and benefits with strong inter-personal skills and advanced Excel skills. (V-look ups Pivot tables)
