- Good System Knowledge of RAN technologies, call flows and interfaces between nodes.
- Proven experience in WRAN Network Design or WRAN Network Optimization
- Proven experience of customer interaction including requirement scoping, value propositioning and negotiations
-RF Design and performance optimization
-Experience with site surveys, pre-launch
-Good Knowledge of 3GPP standards
Soft Skills Other

- Ability to work under pressure and in quickly changing environments
- Presentation skills, ability to listen, and negotiation skills are essential.
- Strong consultative mindset
- Experience with Ericsson WRAN is a definite plus.
