RF Engineer Staff Description: Security Clearance: TS/SCI w/Poly 5 Years experience in leading technical teams that have produced space flight payloads. 2 years of demonstrated organizational, and delegation skills to ensure team objectives are met. Individual must have 5 years experience in RF Microwave System Design Development / Manufacturing / Testing / Spacecraft Installation / Supplier subcontract management in the development and production of spaceflight Antenna hardware. Working Knowledge of Electromagnetic Analysis Tools (HFSS, FEKO, CST Microwave Studio, GRASP, WIPL-D, ADS, Etc). 5 Years of Direct CPE experience, 2 years experience leading hardware CPEs. Strong Command Media knowledge. Exemplary communication skills to mobilize the workforce as well as elevate appropriate issue to senior management. Littleton, Colorado - Antenna Architecture Study Lead: Lockheed Martin Special Programs is looking for an enthusiastic technical candidate to take the role of Block III Antenna Architecture Study Lead. This position includes, but is not limited to the following duties: the technical leader in the day-to-day operation of the Block III Antenna team, lead a multi-discipline team of engineers (Antenna, RF, Mechanical, Payloads / Systems, etc.) through the entire lifecycle of Block III Payload Antenna Suite from architecture definition to design / fabrication / component testing / qualification / vehicle payload testing / RF performance data analysis / anomaly resolution / vehicle installation and system pedigree of all payload antennas. The candidate must have a strong applied background in Electrical Engineering with strong computing skills and an extensive Spacecraft Integration Test background. The position requires: A Minimum of 5 Years of RF Microwave design / prototype fabrication / RF testing / anomaly troubleshooting / RF data analysis experience and flight pedigree. Strong quantitative analytical and problem solving skills; Strong communication and inter-personal team building skills.
