Position Title: RF Service Engineer
Description: Candidates will be required to perform customer support activities involving the installation, modification and repair of complex equipment and systems.
Responsibilities: Candidates will be required to follow established policies and procedures in conducting on-site or in-house installation, repair and calibration of equipment to ensure proper working order. Isolates equipment malfunctions and takes corrective action. Trains customer personnel and possible OEM dealers in equipment operation and maintenance responsibilities. Represents the company in a customer support role and is responsible for customer satisfaction with equipment and servicing. Prepares daily logs and reports of work performed. May make technical presentations and has a strong knowledge of company products. May provide work leadership and train junior level employees. Assigned projects are diverse in problem solving, requiring judgment in selecting best correction method.
Qualifications:
- A.A in Electronics with 4+ year’s experience. Military electronics training with relevant experience will qualify
- Minimum of 4+ years experience in RF, Test Measurement, Microwave or relevant experience installing, modifying and repairing electrical equipment.
- Hands on experience with Automated Test Equipment (Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Multi Meters, etc)
- Great communication and ability to interface with customer.
