RF/Analog Design Engineer - 148742
3+ month contract position with the leader of silicon innovation located in Hillsboro, OR.
Project Description:
Low-Power 60 GHz transceiver for an Research and Development project
Daily Responsibilities:
Layout, verification, and parasitic extraction of RF, analog, and mixed-signal integrated circuit blocks using Cadence flow.
Necessary Skills:
Understanding of how to use Cadence physical design and verification tools, as well as Mentor Graphics Design rule check (Caliber).
Familiarity with typical design rules in sub 100nm foundry process technology
Understand the impact of physical design on high-speed analog circuit design including mismatch, as well as capacitive, resistive, and inductive parasitics.
Additional Skills Desired:
Self-motivated and self-directed with a Focus on results.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Years of Experience Expertise Level:
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in RF or Analog Physical Design
Must be eligible to work in the United States
