RFP Analyst Junior recruitment

In this dynamic and challenging international environment, you will evolve in the RFP department.

Main Responsabilities :

Lead the entire process in structuring AXA IM’s answers to RFPs:

- Coordinate resources across the company to answer allocated RFPs (define the timeframe, identify the sources of information, establish the guidelines, follow the different steps of the RFP process to ensure high quality responses)

- Work closely with a wide range of actors within AXA IM (senior sales managers, senior portfolio managers, product specialists etc.) to gather all relevant input and to challenge investment solutions.

- Write clear financial proposals developed by AXA IM (portfolio managers, the Financial Engineering team, product specialists etc)

- Structure the RFP with a marketing approach to promote AXA IM’s competitive advantages

- Ensure proper feedback is received subsequent to submitting the RFP and follow-up on action plans to tackle any highlighted issues

Multi-tasking and project management: RFP Managers are expected to simultaneously work on various expertises, languages and client segments. They also contribute to the structure and update of standard information concerning AXA IM, to the overall quality of documents delivered by the team and to ad-hoc surveys on competitors.

Profil :

Technical skills

- Native English speaker and ideally bilingual in another language (German, Italian or French)

- Excellent writing skills: you enjoy writing and transforming technical descriptions into marketing documents, easy to read for non-specialists, with a strong emphasis on key selling points.

- Strong analytical skills:

- ability to understand and describe investment processes and financial solutions in detail

- client focused

- ability to challenge experts (product specialists, sales …)

Past experience

A previous experience in asset management or financial markets is required. Good knowledge of various asset classes.
