RFP and Marketing Research Executive
RFP and Marketing Research Executive opening working for a very successful and growing West End based Private Equity firm that currently manages over £24bn.
My client has developed a strong reputation and a track record in primary and secondary investments across global geographies and due to their strong reputation and track record of success they are now seeking an experienced RFP and Marketing Research Executive to join the business.
As the RFP and Marketing Research Executive working closely with the Client Proposals Manager your primary responsibilities is to provide additional resource to complete RFP responses. In addition to provide content support on production of client content and maintenance of RFP database. Furthermore, involvement in various programmes such as the implementation and development of competitor monitoring, database input and management and news updates, and market intelligence gathering programme.
Your other duties will include but is not limited to:
*Provide content support on the production of the quarterly internal communications update The Pulse.
*Production and submission of performance data.
*Provide company updates to Clients in quarterly reports.
*Ensure that the RFP database and shelf notes are up to data and all compliance approved.
*Project work and implementation of the various programmes (as mentioned above).
*Working with the Channels Marketing Manager and provide development updates and competitor analysis.
*Key trends analysis and presentations.
To qualify for the role you MUST have:
*Degree with a minimum 2.1 classification.
*Working in a RFP role within Financial Services (ideal)
*Proven experience of completing RFPs.
*Proven experience of information and data gathering, monitoring and analysis.
*Excellent writing and analysis skills.
*Exceptional attention to detail and robust proof- reading skills.
*Solid and practical knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office packages.
*Strong initiative and responsive to inbound enquiries.
*Self-motivated and solutions-driven.
