RFP / Client Reporting Specialist

The role encompasses a number of core responsibilities:

Operational and business knowledge: Strong knowledge of all operational and business activities and ability to articulate this information to include in all literature produced by the team.

Requests for Proposal: Writing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) completed for potential clients. RFPs will need to be written for multiple client groups. You will frequently be required to prepare and write new RFP material, including new product process material (for new product launches for example) and ad hoc or operational type content concisely, clearly and accurately.

Due Diligence: The RFPs will also encompass other areas such as operational due diligence or company strategy.  A strong generalist understanding of these areas is required such as Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Trading and Operations.

Global Consultant databases: Ensuring our strategies and company information are accurately reflected in key global and regional consultant databases. This involves writing new technical and operational content as well as reviewing and editing existing investment content on a regular basis

RFP Database: Assisting with updating and management control of internal content on the RFP database. Proactively managing content and taking full ownership and responsibility for the accuracy of investment information held on the database.
