RFP Coordinator recruitment

The Role / Responsibilities:

The RFP Coordinator will be responsible for the RFP Workflow Process. Process administrative portions of the ProSys RFP process to ensure a smooth workflow from initial RFP receipt through final RFP response. Provide RFP team members with administrative support as required including but not limited to textual input, addressing, packaging, copying materials, completing forms, following up with team members to assure timely responses.

• Receive, post, and acknowledge receipt or RFI, RFQ, RFP documents
• Schedule and track tasks related to the RFP response process
• Categorize request for information, quotes an proposals and coordinate their review with appropriate RFP team member
• Assist RFP team lead with establishing response parameters for accuracy and consistency
• Verify all reviews, technical and legal, have been performed and that all response packages are sent in compliance with each RFP related milestone
• Maintain and manage the RFP management database
• Produce reports, logs, and financial goal attainment updates in an organized and timely fashion
• Maintain all electronic and hardcopy RFP files
• Participate in organizational and team activities as needed, such as planning, follow-up, meeting scheduling, and document preparation

To that end, The RFP Coordinator will help the Solution Specialists team with the development of business from their respective territories and product.
