RFP Executive recruitment

Role :
Your role is an essential part of Invesco’s sales process. Prospective clients desire to be thoroughly informed about our products before making a decision. It is your role to ensure that they receive a timely, accurate and professional answer to their requests for information. To that end, you will work with colleagues from our investment centres around the world. You will be based in Brussels and work in the RFP team supporting our European business development efforts.
Note : * RFPs or “Requests for Proposal” are written documents that explain in great detail the quality of our offering to prospects. They usually take the form of detailed questionnaires sent to us by the prospect.
 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the gathering, analysis and writing of all marketing information required to complete the RFP in a timely manner

• Interact with global RFP team members, sales specialists, portfolio managers and senior management around the world

• Maintain the RFP database with mutual fund descriptions, performance, company information and data, performance and statistical information

• Deliver and explain statistical information to sales teams in Continental Europe

Requirements:

• University degree required. The candidate should be willing to pursue the CFA designation.

• Excellent command of English required as well as a very good command of either French Italian or German. Knowledge of more than 2 languages is an asset.

• Keen interest in investments. Asset management experience is an asset.

• Attention for details, communicative, capable of working with different people, flexible, autonomous, a team player.
