RFP Writer
The candidate will be responsible for creating an accurate presentation of investment products.
They will be involved in reviewing requirements, coordinating feedback and input from various departments, and handling all aspects of written responses to the proposal. In addition the associate will be responsible for submitting firm and investment related information and statistics to a variety of consultant and financial industry databases. Further, they will be responsible for creation of original content, maintaining the RFP response database (PMAPS), and conducting thorough reviews of RFP submissions of their own and from colleagues.
- Responsible for creation and development of responses to requests for information on our strategies
- Independently coordinate the responses to (sometimes) complex RFP's and consultant questionnaires
- Handle both the more numeric, quantitative responses independently, as well as qualitative
- Be involved in data gathering, analysis and maintenance of information on funds
- Conduct thorough reviews of RFP submissions of their own and from colleagues
- Work with US content manager to review / maintain RFP responses in PMAPS database
- Ensure consistency with consultant database strategy information, and improving content
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal associates at a variety of levels (Relationship Managers, Compliance, Legal, Risk)
- Will need to learn and understand our investment philosophy and process
- Assist Manager with Management Information gathering
The ideal candidate will currently be in RFP's and have at least 18 months to 4 years experience and ideally a graduate. Use of PMAP's will be a huge advantage but experience of other consultant databases would suffice. Proven numerical ability and experience with quantitative submissions is a must
