To complete our team in Singapore, we are looking for a candidate to join as
RFP Writer, Financial Marketing
You will be part of the marketing services team, currently based in Switzerland, London, New York and Singapore. The team works closely together with the client relationship managers and is responsible for coordinating and writing responses to requests for proposal (RFPs) and creating and maintaining other marketing materials.
Responsibilities
- Create tailored, persuasive and high quality responses to RFPs
- Support client relationship managers with other marketing materials, such as ad-hoc client requests for information and pitch presentations
- Work closely together with the other members of the global marketing services team to ensure consistent marketing communications across the global organization
- Coordinate with various teams and specialists within the firm to develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing materials
- Take ownership of maintaining and developing some of the key fundraising materials
- Participate in special projects within marketing communications

What we expect
- At least a bachelor's degree, for example in marketing, finance or business administration; the ideal candidate will have a degree with a marketing major and finance minor
- An understanding of the financial industry, and ideally private equity or real estate, would be an advantage
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications or product management; a recent graduate with extended internship experience would also be considered
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, experience in writing
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Passion to bring in your own initiatives and improve existing contents and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- The ability to travel to our corporate headquarters in Switzerland for 4-6 months of training prior to starting in our Singapore office
