To complete our team, we are looking for a candidate to join as
RFP Writer, Financial Marketing
You will be part of the marketing services team currently based in Switzerland, London, New York and Singapore. The team works closely together with the client relationship managers and is responsible for coordinating and writing responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), maintaining and improving sales presentations and creating other marketing materials.
Responsibilities
- Create tailored, persuasive and high quality responses to RFPs mainly for the UK and the Middle East
- Support client relationship managers with marketing presentations and investment proposals, as well as respond to ad-hoc requests for information (RFIs)
- Work closely together with the marketing services team to ensure consistent marketing communication across the global organization
- Coordinate with various teams and specialists within the firm to develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing material
- Participate in development projects within acquisition marketing

What we expect
- At least a bachelor's degree, for example in marketing, finance or business administration
- An understanding of the financial industry, and ideally private markets, would be an advantage
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications or product management
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, experience in writing
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Passion to bring in your own initiatives and improve existing contents and processes
- Strong English skills – both written and verbal (other languages are a plus, particularly German)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
