RGN Deputy Manager
My Client is currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed deputy Nursing home manager to join their team. They are looking for a team player to join who has a genuine interest in working with the elderly. Your role will be to oversee and maintain the highest quality of care delivery to the residents. You will work closely with the home manager and in their absence will take responsibility for the running of the home.
The successful candidate will be Registered General Nurse or a Registered Mental Health Nurse with appropriate elderly general nursing experience. You will be able to communicate well at all levels and be able to demonstrate previous management/ supervisory experience. They are looking for someone who can undertake general nursing and personnel care work as well as managing and motivating staff.

This role is permanent paid at £14.40ph (42 hours)
